Each project is completed in stages. Client feedback and approval are required at key milestones. Approval at any stage confirms acceptance of the work completed up to that point.
Clients are required to review and approve the initial project stage before making payment (check first, then pay basis).
Once the project reaches the mid-stage and is approved by the client, 50% of the total project cost must be paid to continue further work.
Final project delivery will be completed only after full payment has been received.
Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or suspension of the project.
Reasonable revisions are included as agreed during the project discussion. Any additional changes or requests beyond the approved scope may result in extra charges and timeline adjustments.
Project timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and content from the client. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery dates and are not the responsibility of the company.
Payments made for completed or approved stages of a project are non-refundable.
Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If a project is canceled after work has started, the client will be responsible for payment for the work already completed.
All designs, code, and materials remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client only after complete payment.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific business results such as sales, traffic, or rankings.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
